Owner Justin Morse aka DJ Jay Raven, has been working in entertainment professionally since 1995. A number one radio host in Hartford, Boston, Providence, Bridgeport and Fairfield County, he has hosted, created and produced events with as few as 30 to as many as 30,000 guests. As an MC Jay has announced and hosted events at the Xfinity Theatre, Mohegan Sun, Foxwoods, Boston Garden, the XL Center, arenas and stadiums as well as booked, promoted and DJ’d at many of the hottest night clubs in Boston and Hartford. As a wedding specialist he’s preformed for celebrities, professionals, and the happiest couple’s throughout New England for over 15 years.

Raven has completed the National Wedding MBA in Las Vegas three times, trained with the creator of The Knot Carley Roney and CEO of WeddingWire Timothy Chi, representatives of Chauvet Lighting and other renowned manufacturers, and shared ideas with celebrity wedding coordinator David Tutera on the radio. He won the Hartford Advocates Best Morning Show Award the same year Total Events was inducted into The Knot’s Best of Weddings Hall of Fame. While Jay now operates primarily in planning, administrating, and supervising some larger events he remains available to each and every client from the day of booking until the final minute of your reception.
