What Services Do You Provide ?

Total Events offers professional DJ’s and MC’s, wedding planning, the best sound and modern wedding lighting options, and both open air and enclosed wedding photo booths.

Can I Select My Own DJ And Make Song Requests ?

Absolutely. You can interview and select your DJ from our staff prior to or after reserving your date based on your preferences, or have a DJ assigned after your initial consultation. Every event is tailored to our clients style through our meetings and easy to use online prep tools.

How Much Will It Cost ?

We handle all different sizes and manner of events, the highest percentage of which are weddings. Most weddings range from $1500 – $2500, depending on available discounts or additional requested services prices may be higher or lower. Most birthdays, mitzvahs, or company events range from $650 – $1400.

What Happens If My DJ Is Unable To Perform?

In the rarity an emergency should occur, Total Events staffs seven DJ’s with a maximum of five events daily to ensure your date is covered. In addition owner Jay Raven is available to cover should unforeseen circumstances arise and has multiple partners available via his radio work.

Does Total Events Carry Insurance?

Total Events has a $2,000,000 liability insurance policy.

How Many Meetings Will There Be?

At Total Events we work at a pace and scale our clients are comfortable with. The initial consultation takes about an hour, followed by a shorter meeting six weeks prior to your date, and a final conference a week before your event. All of your prep can be handled online at your convenience but we are ever present for your consultation, questions, or ideas.

How Many Staff Will Be At My Event?

Larger weddings and celebrations will be staffed by a DJ/MC and professional assistant fluent with all included equipment. Photo booths, lighting, projections, etc. all come with their own dedicated employees.

How Do I Check And Hold My Date?

Click any of our get quote or learn more links and complete our brief inquiry questions about your celebration. Total Events will contact you within forty eight hours. Your date is reserved once we receive your $250 cash, check, or credit card deposit.

What Is The Payment Schedule?

After we have received your initial deposit, your balance is due the week of your reception or event. When paying by personal check seven business days are required. Cash, credit card, and bank cashiers checks to settle your final balance may be received the morning of your wedding or celebration.

Are Gratuities Required?

Of course not, but if you feel you have received exceptional, personalized service, tips for staff are welcome and completely at your discretion.
